no one understands the rationale for certain things until they are in that shit themselves.
for a long time, the problem of communication between levels existed.. and no matter what my predecessors did, the problem could never be fixed.
i devised a system, hopefully things will change once i implemented the system.
but then again, who will ever take weizi's words seriously?
